Delete your planner

In the app (quickest). Open Agenzus, then Settings, then Data, then Delete my planner. Confirm twice and it's done straight away.
What gets deleted
- Everything in your planner: lists, to-dos, shopping, bills, birthdays, projects, schedules, notes and any recordings, reminders, and shared links.
- Your subscription record. Your Google Play subscription stops renewing at the same time; you keep any time already paid for.
- It's deleted from our database straight away, and from backups within 7 days. It can't be brought back, so export a copy first if you want one (Settings, then Data, then Export a copy).
No longer have the app or the phone?
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my planner". Tell us the Google account you subscribed with (or the email you paid with on our website) so we can find it. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by reply.
Cancelling without deleting
To stop paying but keep your planner for now, cancel in the Google Play Store (your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions). Your planner stays readable for 30 days after your last paid month, then it's deleted.
